When you submit projects to our public community showcase for validation and voting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with our platform.

3.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material
• Promotes illegal activities or harm to others
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violates the privacy or rights of others
• Attempts to manipulate voting or gaming the validation system

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our platform or servers
• Circumvent any rate limiting or access restrictions
• Scrape or collect data from our platform without permission
• Use our platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Manipulate voting, create fake accounts, or artificially inflate project metrics

4.2 Community Voting and Validation

When participating in our community voting system, you agree to:

• Vote honestly based on project merit and innovation
• Not coordinate voting manipulation or create fake accounts
• Respect the democratic nature of our validation process
• Not attempt to game or circumvent the voting system

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require payment according to our current pricing.

5.2 Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a premium plan:

• You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing applicable to your subscription
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for these fees

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

6. Intellectual Property

Our platform, including its design, code, logos, and content created by us, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our permission.

7.1 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to our platform will be revoked
• Your private project data will be deleted within 30 days
• Public projects you've shared may remain available (anonymized)
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments

OUR PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 30 in 30 Weeks and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our platform or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our platform or by email. Your continued use of our platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.
